I started my career as a retail sales ambassador for Lush Cosmetics with a passion for educating customers about the company’s products and brand values. My ability to communicate these ideas effectively quickly landed me a role as an In-Store Trainer.

I spent three years in this role, leading new hire training, developing training materials, and working with my management team to identify areas of opportunity.

I then went on to become a Manger In Training and Store Manager, where I developed dozens of employees into leadership positions and specialty roles.

I’m now completing my second and final year at California State University Fullerton’s Masters of Science in Instructional Design and Technology, where I have conducted research in adult learning theories and developed my skills in creating learning objects in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling (that’s me in Paris on the left), trying new restaurants, and going to the movies.
